- NEW welcomes women and women-identified applicants. Published criteria include age 18+, a high-school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, legal authorization to work, and the physical ability to lift, push or pull up to 65 pounds.

- Introduction to construction trades, pre-apprenticeship preparation and career support. Union placement and direct-entry admission are not guaranteed.
